It is cheaper than chantix or buproprion. the first day i took it i noticed how the craving for a cig is lower and sometimes not even there. might be mental such as hypnosis but for someone who wants to quit. I tested Smoke Deter a month ago and it helped me a lot. This is my first week without Smoke Deter and without smoking.
